What Brings People Here

Nobody schedules a dental visit because their week felt too easy. People come to us with a chipped tooth, a sore jaw, gums that bleed, or a smile they have quietly stopped showing in photos. Whatever brought you in, we start by understanding the whole picture before we touch anything.

Sensitive or Painful Teeth

I kept being told my teeth looked fine, but chewing still hurt.

Missing or Failing Teeth

I started ordering around the menu instead of off it.

Bleeding or Receding Gums

I assumed a little blood when I brushed was normal.

Worn Teeth & Jaw Pain

I woke up with a tight jaw for years and never connected the two.

Our work starts where the quick fix stopped working

Most people who find Bedford Complete Dentistry have already had the filling, the crown, the night guard, or the cleaning that was supposed to solve it. When the same tooth keeps breaking or the same ache keeps returning, the problem usually is not the tooth. It is how the whole system is working together. That is the moment we are built for.

Our Care

Prevention, repair, replacement and cosmetic work under one roof, so nobody hands your treatment plan off halfway through.

Our Approach

We start with a different assumption: teeth do not fail at random. Your bite, your gums, your jaw joints and your habits all leave evidence. We read it before we drill.

About Us

We built Bedford Complete Dentistry around the kind of dentistry we would want for our own families – unhurried appointments, plain explanations, and no pressure to say yes today.

Comprehensive Care Tailored to Your Unique Needs

  • Dental Implants

When you have missing teeth, an alternative solution to dentures is dental implants. While dentures are removable, dental implants provide permanent new teeth to restore your mouth’s function and appearance. Dental implants tend to offer a successful and lasting solution to the loss of some or all of your teeth.

  • Implant Crowns

An implant crown is the part you actually see and chew with — the porcelain tooth that attaches to the titanium post already anchored in your jaw. Getting it right is less about the crown itself than about how it meets the teeth around it, because an implant doesn’t feel pressure the way a natural tooth does and won’t warn you when it’s taking too much load.

  • Extractions

An extraction is performed to remove a tooth, whether because of disease, crowding, or damage. When extractions are required, the area around the tooth will be numbed and your dentist will remove the tooth. A small amount of bleeding is normal, as your mouth will replace the removed tooth root by forming a blood clot in the area.

  • Dentures

If you are missing teeth, dentures can provide a positive solution to improving your oral health. We are proud to provide dentures that are designed to fit your mouth for proper function and unique comfort. Following your appointment, we will provide you with information on at-home care for your dentures. We strongly recommend scheduling follow up appointments for periodic denture cleanings.

  • Cleanings And Exams

Having a dental practice perform a checkup and regular cleaning gives a preventive approach to dental care. These general dentistry treatments help prevent problems with your teeth, gums and jaw bones, or they catch and manage problems before they worsen. During your visit, our doctors will take a picture of the current standing of your dental health and what would be needed to keep your oral hygiene in its best state.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We are in network with many major PPO plans and we file claims for you, whether we are in network or not. Before anything gets scheduled, we will verify your benefits and give you a written estimate of what your plan is expected to pay and what your portion looks like. If you do not have insurance, ask us about our in-house membership plan.

What does “complete dentistry” actually mean?

It means we evaluate the whole system – teeth, gums, bite, jaw joints and muscles – before recommending treatment, instead of looking only at the tooth that hurts. It is why our exams take longer, and it is also why our restorations tend to last. Fixing a tooth without addressing what broke it usually buys a couple of years, not a couple of decades.

How do I get started?

Call (603) 472-5733 or request an appointment online. Your first visit is a comprehensive exam: digital X-rays, photos, a full gum and bite evaluation, and a conversation about what you want your mouth to look and feel like. You leave with a written plan, priorities in order, and costs attached – not a surprise treatment sheet at checkout.

Where are you located?

We are in Bedford, NH, with free parking and an accessible ground-floor entrance. Directions are linked at the top of the page, and if you get turned around on the way, call (603) 472-5733 and we will talk you in.

It has been years since my last visit. Should I be embarrassed?

No, and you will not be made to feel that way here. A long gap is one of the most common reasons people call us. We will find out where things stand, take care of anything urgent, and build a realistic plan from there. No lectures, no sighing at the X-rays.

Do you see children and the whole family?

We do. Kids, teens, parents and grandparents all get seen at Bedford Complete Dentistry, often in back-to-back appointments so one trip covers everyone. We can start seeing children around their first birthday, and early visits are mostly about getting comfortable in the chair.
